COVID-19...

Normally our booking fee/deposit is not refundable under any circumstances (please see our standard T’s & C’s below this one) and normally we also do not allow bookings to be postponed because performers will have been booked and they will have turned away work elsewhere.

However, as a result of the current circumstances due to COVID-19, if a booking is affected by COVID-19 related Government Measures such that it cannot happen on the date originally scheduled, we are allowing that customer to postpone to a new event date, with the requirement that the new event date is within 18 months from the original event date.

**We will only accommodate postponements, not refunds**

If this is not acceptable to you please DO NOT make a booking.

For any other reason, our standard cancellation policies below would be applicable.

Specifying Your Waiter...

With any human business there is always the possibility that the guy you choose to be your Topless Waiter, Lifedrawing Model, or Stripper is indisposed on the night due to unforeseen circumstances such as illness or injury.

We will guarantee that if in the unlikely event that such a thing should occur, either your Topless Waiter, Lifedrawing Model, Stripper or Hen's Knights will call you and give you the option of either choosing another Knight or your booking fee back, plus you would not be sent anyone that is not on the site unless you agree. If we cannot reach you in time we will replace the indisposed Knight at our discretion so that you are not left without a Knight. If once your replacement arrives you are not happy with our selection you may turn him away without paying, however if you decide to continue with the booking please do not expect a refund! All the lads are chosen for personality as well as the obvious lol, and as such we are confident that you will be happy with any of the Knights that advertise their services on this site!

Booking Fee Refunds...

In the extremely unlikely event of your Topless Waiter, Model or Stripper not attending your function due to an unforeseen and unavoidable circumstance immediately preceding your event such as illness, breakdown or accident that results in Hen's Knights being unable to provide a replacement at short notice that you are happy with, you will be entitled to a full refund of your booking fee (you must turn the replacement away to be able to claim a refund). If you have booked more than one Knight your refund will only be the portion of your booking fee that relates to the Knight or Knights that did not show.

All these lads are totally independent and as such Hen's Knights cannot be held responsible if your Topless Waiter, Model or Stripper simply does not show. However, in this unlikely event Hen's Knights will do everything within reason to get someone else to your event. If we are unsuccessful you will be entitled to a full refund of your booking fee. Beyond the refund of your booking fee, Hen's Knights will have no further liability to you.

If you have paid your booking fee, your booking is considered a confirmed booking. If you decide to cancel your booking for any reason after paying your booking fee, you will forfeit your booking fee. However if we need to cancel your booking for any reason you will receive a full refund of your booking fee.

If when a performer arrives and you believe that he doesn't look enough like his photos or you simply don't like something about him or he is late - turn him away and we will refund your booking fee for that Knight. However, if you decide to proceed with the performance please do not expect a refund!

Changes to Bookings...

IMPORTANT: Once your booking fee is paid, ANY changes to your booking will result in forfeiture of the booking fee paid for the portion of the booking altered. For example: You book a Lifedrawing class for 2 hours and wish to downgrade it to a Topless Waiter for 2 hours - you lose your booking fee. You book 2 topless waiters and closer to the date you only want 1 - you lose your booking fee. You book for 3pm and want to change the time to 7pm - you lose your booking fee. You lose your booking fee because from the moment you pay your booking fee we book your Knights and they turn away other work and miss out if you cancel them or alter the time or location such that they need to be replaced. There are circumstances where we can make a time or location change and the same Knight originally booked is still able to to do your job - in this case you may not lose your booking fee but it will be at our discretion. Please do not make a booking until you are certain of your date, time, location and service needed!

Please Check your Address & Phone details...

If you provide incorrect address or contact phone number details and/or you do not check your confirmation email thoroughly for errors we cannot be held responsible if as a result your performer cannot find you or your function on the night and as a consequence you will lose your booking fee.

Travel Outside the CBD...

Most of the lads live in and around the Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, Perth, Gold Coast and Brisbane CBD's. If your function is located outside the CBD, there may be an extra charge for travel. This will be dealt with at the time of booking and will be calculated on a case by case basis. A guide to travel cost is that most lads charge approximately $1 per kilometre from the CBD of your city to your location.

Performer Arrival Times...

Strippers are heavily booked out on Fridays and Saturdays, therefore please note that the time you book will always be approximate. For Strip shows please have the performer fee ready for collection prior to the commencement of the performance.

Lifedrawing Bookings at OUR Venue

For bookings at our venues the final number of guests provided to us a week prior to the event will be the minimum number of guests charged for even if a lower number of guests turn up on the day of the function.

Your Clothing/Carpet etc.

It is well known that Strippers wear fake tan, use oil and often whipped cream in their shows! If you don't want it on your clothes - stay away from the strippers!! If you don't want it on your carpet or furniture etc, be sure to have them perform somewhere that this isn't a danger! Some Lifedrawing Models use charcoal and if you are body painting your model, there will be paint - so once again if you don't want any of it on your lovely dresses, carpet, furniture etc then please use common sense and use a suitable location. You are responsible!

Scope of Hens Knights Services

Hens Knights operates The Hens Knights Website (‘The Website’) to enable Independent Adult Male Entertainers (‘Entertainers’) to advertise their individual Services (‘Services’) to users (‘You’) of The Website.

Hens Knights is a semi digital service for adult male entertainment predominantly for Hens Parties: You inform Hens Knights of the details of Your Event and You choose one of the Entertainers from the images on The Website or you simply ask Hens Knights to select one of the Entertainers from The Website for You.

What is Free...

The Website is free to use for both You and the Entertainers.

There is no charge for You to browse the Entertainer’s images or enquire as to a specific Entertainer’s availability.

It is free for any Entertainer to request and subsequently have his pictures uploaded to The Website, although Hens Knights reserves the right at its absolute discretion to refuse to upload any Entertainer’s images to The Website for any reason. Furthermore Hens Knights reserves the right at its absolute discretion to remove any existing Entertainer’s images at any time for any reason.

Entertainers may also request to have their images removed from the website at any time at no cost.

Fees and Entertainer Fee Refunds...

Hens Knights receives a Booking Fee from You at the time of You making the booking. This Booking Fee is the only fee that Hens Knights receives and is solely for the purpose of matching You to an Entertainer and for the act of providing the Entertainer with Your details and the details provided by You that are necessary for the Entertainer to carry out the Service requested at Your Event.

The Booking Fee does not constitute in whole or in part any of the Entertainer’s Fee which is an entirely separate amount transacted between You and the Entertainer on the Date of Service.

Hens Knights is not liable for the refund of any monies including the Entertainer’s Fee that is paid directly to the Entertainer by You on the Date of Service under any circumstances.

Hens Knights accepts no liability for any aspect of the Entertainer’s and Your interaction, including but not limited to the description, performance or delivery of Services.

Hens Knights has no responsibility and makes no warranty as to the truth or accuracy of any aspect of any information provided by any Entertainers, including, but not limited to, the level of ability of any Entertainers to perform their Service, or the honesty or accuracy of any information provided by any Entertainer such as but not limited to the accuracy or recency of images supplied by Entertainers.

No Agency, partnership, joint venture, employee-employer or other similar relationship is created or implied by Hens Knights agreeing to post an Entertainer’s images onto The Website or by Hens Knights sending Your Details and the details of Your Event to the Entertainer. Entertainers are completely independent of Hens Knights and are entirely responsible for things such as but not limited to creating their own routines, schedules, prices, costumes, show content, drawing exercises, time keeping, punctuality and drink making skills. In particular You have no authority to bind Hens Knights, its related entities or affiliates in any way whatsoever. Hens Knights confirms that all Services that may be promoted on The Website are provided solely by such Entertainers. To the extent permitted by law, Hens Knights specifically disclaims all liability for any loss or damage incurred by You in any manner due to the performance or non-performance of such Entertainers and their Services.

If You are dissatisfied with any aspect of the Entertainer’s Service immediately upon his arrival such as but not limited to his punctuality, appearance, personality or attitude You must ask the Entertainer to leave immediately without any Service taking place and without making any payment to him. If for any reason You do pay the Entertainer Fee or any other monies directly to the Entertainer, the Entertainment Contract will be deemed to have commenced and it will be Your responsibility to seek a refund directly from the Entertainer either on the Date of Service or at some later date if You believe a refund is warranted. Hens Knights will not be liable for any refund of the Entertainer Fee or other monies paid directly to the Entertainer under any circumstances.

If You are dissatisfied with any aspect of the Entertainer’s Service after his Service has commenced including but not limited to his routines, performances, schedules, prices, costumes, show content, drawing exercises, time keeping, punctuality, drink making skills, attitude or personality You must negotiate a refund of the Entertainer Fee in whole or in part with the Entertainer either on the Date of Service or at some later date. Hens Knights will not be liable for any refund of the Entertainer Fee or other monies paid directly to the Entertainer under any circumstances.

Hens Knights has no obligation to You to assist or involve itself in any dispute between You and your Entertainer, although may choose to do so to improve Your experience.

Glossary or Terms...

"Agreement" means the most updated version of the agreement between Hens Knights and You.

"Booking Fee” or “Deposit" means the fee paid by You to Hens Knights solely for the purpose of matching You to an Entertainer and for the act of providing the Entertainer with Your details and the details provided by You that are necessary for the Entertainer to carry out Your entertainment.

“Date of Service” means the date prescribed by You to receive The Service.

"Entertainer" means an Independent Adult Male Entertainer who provides Services directly to You.

"Entertainment Contract" means the separate contract which is formed between You and Your Entertainer upon commencement of the Services and/or payment of the Entertainer Fee on The Date of Service and at the Location of Service.

"Entertainer Fee" means the fee payable by You to the Entertainer on the Date of Service for the Entertainer’s rendered Services.

"Hens Knights" means "we" "us" "our" means the legal entity Stanton Fox Productions Pty Ltd.

“Lifedrawing Services” means the Entertainer will at least remove most or all of his clothes and allow You to draw pictures of him.

“Location of Service” means the location prescribed by You to receive the Service.

"Services" means the services to be rendered as described in Stripper Services, Lifedrawing Services and/or Topless Waitering Services.

“Stripper Services” means the Entertainer will at least remove most or all of his clothes in a provocative and generally sexual manner while allowing You to watch.

“Topless Waitering Services” means the Entertainer will at least remove his upper body clothing and pour Your drinks.

"The Website" means the Hens Knights website at www.hensknights.com.au

“Time of Service” means the time prescribed by You to receive the Service.

"User" or "You" means the person who actively uses The Website to search for and/or book Entertainers.

“Your Details” means such details but not limited to your name, mobile phone number and the address at which Your Event will take place.

“Your Event” means an occasion that You have organised to take place at the Date, Time and Location of Service as specified by You.

Rules of Interpretation...

In the User Agreement, except where the context otherwise requires:

(a) the singular includes the plural and vice versa, and a gender includes other genders;

(b) another grammatical form of a defined word or expression has a corresponding meaning;

(c) a reference to a document or instrument includes the document or instrument as novated, altered, supplemented or replaced from time to time;

(d) the applicable currency shall be Australian Dollars;

(e) a reference to a person includes a natural person, partnership, body corporate, association, governmental or local authority or agency or other entity;

(f) a reference to a statute, ordinance, code or other law includes regulations and other instruments under it and consolidations, amendments, re-enactments or replacements of any of them;

(g) the meaning of general words is not limited by specific examples introduced by including, for example or similar expressions;

(h) headings are for ease of reference only and do not affect interpretation;

(i) any agreement, representation, warranty or indemnity in favour of two or more parties (including where two or more persons are included in the same defined term) is for the benefit of them jointly and severally; and

(j) a rule of construction does not apply to the disadvantage of a party because the party was responsible for the preparation of this agreement or any part of it.
